The Trustee Group has managed hundreds of businesses as part of our Business Oversight responsibilities. Since 2000, we have successfully administered and improved these businesses on behalf of our clients.
Our business operation experience includes, but is not limited to: retail, convenience stores, manufacturing, restaurants, assisted living facilities, and ranches.
Once we begin our business oversight projects, we fully assess the business to determine the best course of action as it relates to management, operations, and financing. In most cases we continue the operation of the business. In these cases, we take advantage of our full office staff and use our available resources to maintain, and often improve, the financial strength of the business.
In some cases, after careful evaluation and due diligence, we recommend closing the business if it’s outlook doesn’t appear to be viable. In these cases, we do everything in our power to wind up the business as cost effectively as possible.
We make all our decisions based on our business experience that we have amassed over many years. We don’t make emotional decisions on behalf of our clients.
As part of our business oversight, The Trustee Group oversees the finances and accounting of the business. We also take care of all corporate and tax filings.
